Eva S. Roza is founder and president of Roza Real Estate Loans, Inc. She is a pioneer in her profession, which has very few woman-owned and managed businesses. Under Eva’s leadership the company has grown to nearly 200 investors with a portfolio of over $45 million.

Eva holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license and has kept current on new laws and best practices through over 300 hours of continuing education in approved California Department of Real Estate training. She also holds a California Financial Lenders (CFL) License and a California Department of Corporations Permit. Eva is a former board member of the California Mortgage Association, is a member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors and is past president of the San Francisco Peninsula Chapter of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers for 2007-08.
